Step 1: Let's Get In Touch
During this first contact, your needs are analyzed:
- What are your goals, what would you like to achieve?
- What is your English practice?
- Do you have a deadline to reach your goal?
This exchange allows you to present English by P, the working method, the means implemented to help you progress, and to answer any questions you may have.
Once validated on your part, we start step 2.
Step 2: Let's Talk
This step allows you to assess your level and will serve as a basis for guiding future work.
Option 1: Online tests to be taken first.
- 3 tests to choose from on oral and written comprehension (15 min, 30 min or 50 min).
- Optional PIPPLET test on oral and written expression (30 min).
Option 2:30-minute interview in English and writing of a personalized report consisting of lines of work and methodological approaches.
The 2 options can be combined.
Are you in a hurry and want to get started as soon as possible? This step can also be done when you start your courses.
Step 3: Let's Plan
Here we determine together the pace, the number of hours, and the training modality (face-to-face, distance or hybrid) that would suit you.
You can also decide to subscribe to our formulas: 20, 30 and 40 hours.
An action plan on 3 axes is proposed to you during your training:
- Linguistics: The obstacles and the points to work on.
- Theme: Content adapted to your needs, your field of expertise, and your interests (Business lexicon, meeting, presentation...)
- Educational: Whatever your profile, it will be a method that suits you, with video, audio, multidisciplinary subjects, and going beyond a strictly academic approach.
Step 4: Let's go
The lessons with your instructor can start!
Our role: to make you talk and practice as much as possible. You are in good hands.
The guarantee of success? Having done English you will have noticed it, have a good time, dare, and be encouraged to do it.
The English by P trainers and I aim to provide you with the tools you need for your learning: an adapted methodology, challenge, and good practices.
Step 5: Let's review
With English by P, progress can be measured in several ways:
- Regular meetings with your trainer to adjust learning strategies
- A self-assessment to analyze your progress. Do you feel more confident speaking, were you able to conduct your presentation entirely in English, were you able to pick up your phone to answer this customer, make a video with this supplier, or write an email without using an online translator?
Improvement test: Your trainer challenges you with all the concepts seen in class since the beginning of your training.
